Sadakata

We created a logo design for Teien Sadakata, a gardener in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, who handles everything from household plants to Japanese gardens, temples and shrines.
With the craftsman’s desire to reach out to a wide range of people, including young people and ordinary households, we created a logo design that combines a geometric arrangement of the traditional Japanese family crest with a pine tree motif and simple English notation to create a logo that is both familiar and new.
